Brian Mankwitz

Brian Mankwitz led investments and built and managed the investment team as the Managing Director of Mantucket Capital, a $1B+ single family office, for over 17 years. Brian built Mantucket into a well-respected private investment firm with a strong market reputation and impressive track record of leading investments in LMM IS transactions as well as direct control buyouts of LMM businesses. He has sourced, lead and managed over 30 platform transactions and a similar number off add-ons. He has built an impressive track record as a lead investor and board member in multiple successful companies.

Prior to joining Mantucket Capital, Brian was an investment banker at St Charles Capital, a lower middle market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital formation, and related advisory services. Prior to investment banking, he led private equity investments for Mankwitz Kurtz Investments a family office private equity investment firm that also operated as a successful Independent Sponsor.

Brian received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University and his MSc in Accounting and Finance with Merit Honors from the London School of Economics
