Jennifer Forsyth, CFA, CPA

Jennifer Forsyth is a Managing Director at Praxess® where she works across all elements of the fundraising process including investor relations, due diligence, compliance, financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and overall project management.

Prior to joining Praxess®, Jennifer spent over 20 years in New York as part of the investment banking teams at Bank of America, UBS, JPMorgan and Lehman Brothers.  Jennifer is also a Board member for Book’em.

Jennifer has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and has an M.S.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
