Tom Kerestes

Tom Kerestes is a Managing Director at Praxess, where he leads underwriting and investment analysis, and supports sourcing and project management across opportunities.

Prior to joining Praxess, Tom co-founded and ran Swingbridge, an opportunistic investment company that focused on investing in both private and public equity markets on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Prior to that, Tom spent over a decade working in Chicago and New York at Citi and Jefferies, with a focus on Interest Rate derivatives, Government/Agency bonds, and Investment Grade credit. Additionally, Tom was formerly a member of a national Angel Investing network where he served on the Due Diligence committee.

Tom has a B.B.A., Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
