Evan Goldberg

Evan Goldberg is an Analyst at Praxess, where he supports project management and capital solutions initiatives for the firm’s clients. He also contributes to underwriting, due diligence, and investment analysis for the firm’s independent sponsor platform.

Prior to joining Praxess, Evan worked at Alvarez & Marsal Capital, where he gained experience evaluating leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and at Franklin Templeton’s Fiduciary Trust International, where he supported equity research and wealth planning.

Evan holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
