Jennifer Forsyth, CFA, CPA

Jennifer Forsyth is a Managing Director at Praxess where she works across all elements of the fundraising process including investor relations, due diligence, compliance, financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and overall project management.

Prior to joining Praxess, Jennifer spent over 20 years in New York as part of the investment banking teams at Bank of America, UBS, JPMorgan and Lehman Brothers.

Jennifer has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and has an M.S.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
